This book includes poems that tell of the struggles of the teenage and early adult years and the conflicting emotions that often accompany them. A wide range of poets, many of whom experienced depression themselves, are included. ( )

This poem book is a very good book. It makes you appreciate what you have. There are some happy poems and some upseting and depressing poems. This is a very quick read! Theres about 180 pages in the book. I read it in a day on and off. ( )
