Humanistica Lovaniensia: Journal of Neo-Latin Studies, published annually, is the leading journal in the field of medieval, Renaissance, and modern Latin. As well as presenting articles on Neo-Latin topics, the journal is a major source for critical editions of Neo-Latin texts with translations and commentaries. Its systematic bibliography of Neo-Latin studies (Instrumentum bibliographicum Neolatinum), accompanied by critical notes, is the standard annual bibliography of publications in the field. The journal is fully indexed.

Over de auteur (2014)

Dirk Sacré is Professor of Latin and Neo-Latin at KU Leuven. He is vice-president of the Academia Latinitati Fovendae.
Gilbert Tournoy is Professor of Classical, Medieval and Renaissance Latin at KU Leuven. His research focuses on Latin Literature of the Italian Humanism and Humanism in the Low Countries.
Monique Mund-Dopchie is Professor of Ancient Greek literature and History of Humanism at the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve). Her research focuses on ancient imaginary geography and its tradition in western culture, especially in Renaissance texts.
Jan Papy is Research Professor of Neo-Latin Literature and Renaissance Humanism at the KU Leuven. He is a member of the Executive Committee of IANLS.
Lambert Isebaert is Professor of Latin and Linguistics at the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve).
