IT has been found impossible to issue a limited edition of the "DAILY SERVICE HYMNAL" at the price originally contemplated.
Aiming to supply that fuller selection of Hymns which the Daily Worship of the Church seems to require, the book has grown to nearly 350 pages; and it is necessary to fix a price for it which will cover the cost of production.
A reduction will, however, be made to all Purchasers of Fifty Copies and upwards. And the Clergy and others desirous of a Cheaper Edition are requested to signify the number of Copies for which they will subscribe to the Rev. James Skinner, the Warden's Lodge, Newland, Great Malvern.
Hymnal Noted seems, 1 freely conress, to fulfil very well the Church ideal of a Hymnbook. Yet, the objection against the universal adoption of that book is, that it not only excludes the compositions of the great Eastern Hymnwriters, but of the faithful men in modern times
