Dr. Patricia Hart Terry is a highly respected nutritionist with more than 30 years of experience as a registered and licensed dietitian. She is chair of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. The editor of Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen Equals One Healthy Cookbook, she also writes a newspaper column, "In Season." Actively involved with professional and volunteer organizations, she is a member of the Baptist Nursing Fellowship and is on the Baptist World Alliance World Aid Committee. She and her husband live in Birmingham, Alabama, and are active members of Dawson Baptist Church.
