IWENTY-FOURTH ANNIVERSARY PRAYER-MEETING, THURSDAY, 16th JANUARY, 1873, HE friends of the Society are earnestly invited to unite with the Committee, the Missionaries, the Agents, the Converts, and all well-wishers and workers everywhere, in thanksgiving and prayer for God's blessing upon the labours of the Society, and for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the people of Ireland. The Central Meeting for Prayer will be held (D.V.) in the Irish hurch Missions Office, 11, Buckingham Street (close to Charing Cross tation) on Thursday, the 16th of January, at half-past Two o'clock. All friends, including ladies, are invited to attend. Friends in the rovinces are asked to arrange meetings of a similar character, in their 'veral auxiliaries, as near the above-named time as convenient.* “ If I cannot be foremost in the field Where the soldiers dare and do, For that is battle too ; With hope and with heart elate; Who only stand and wait.'". * “Where two or three are gathered together in My name, there am I in the idst of them.” |
