The Lord hath done that which he had devised: He hath fulfilled his Word that he had commanded in the Days of Old: there failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken; all came to pass.

b. Heaven and Earth fhall pass away, but his Words fhall not pass away. Neither fhall there fail one word of all his good Promise.

c. He also is Wife, and will bring Evil, and will not call back his Words.

d. His Covenant will he not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of his Lips.

e. Our Labour fhall not be in vain in the Lord: For, he hath faid, I will never leave thee, nor forfake thee.

f. The Lord is not flack concerning his Promife, as fome Men count flackness.

g.. God is not a Man, that he should Lye, neither the Son of Man, that he fhould repent. Let God be True, but every Man a Lyar.

b. If we believe not, yet, he abideth Faithful; he cannot deny himself. It is impoffible for God to Lye..

e. The Lord is Righteous, in all his Ways; and Holy in all his Works

f. The Law of God is Holy, and his Commandments are Holy, and Juft, and Good. ..g. Thou only, O Lord, art Holy.

b. There is none Holy, as the Lord. Who is like unto thee, O Lord, glorious in Holiness?

a. Far be it from God, that he should do Wickedness, and from the Almighty, that he fhould commit Iniquity. God cannot be tempted with Evil, neither tempteth he any Man.

b. Why say ye, every one that doth Evil is good in the fight of the Lord, and he delighteth in them? He is not a God, that hath Pleasure in Wickedness, neither shall Evil dwell with him. He is of purer Eyes, than to behold Evil and cannot look on Iniquity; the foolish shall not stand in his Sight, he ha teth all workers of Iniquity.

c. The Way of the Wicked, the Thoughts of the Wicked, the Sacrifice and Prayer of the Wicked are an Abomination to the Lord.:: d. The Righteous Lord loveth Righteouf

GOD is INCOMPREHENSIBLE.

4. Behold, God is Great, and we know him not; touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out. His Greatness is unfearchable.

b. Can we, by Searching, find out God? can we find out the Almighty unto Perfection> Such Knowledge is too wonderful for us: It is high, we cannot attain unto it. And when we talk of him, we cannot order our Speech, by reafon of Darkness.

c. What Man knoweth the things of a Man, fave the Spirit of Man, which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no Man, but the Spirit of God.

d. Verily, O God, thou art a God that hideft thy felf: dwelling in the Light, which no Man can approach unto.

e. O the Depth of the Riches, both of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God! there is no fearching of his Understanding. We know not the Thoughts of the Lord, neither underftand we his Counsel.

4. Who knoweth the Power of his Anger ? and the Thunder of his Power who can understand?

b. How unfearchable are his Judgments, and his Ways past finding out? His Judgments are a great Deep.

c. We are not able to comprehend what is the breadth and length, and depth, and beighth; and to know the Love of Gad, which paffeth all Knowledge.

d. Who can utter the mighty Acts of the Lord? Who can fhew forth all his Praife?

e. Many, O Lord, are thy wonderful Works which thou haft done; they cannot be reckoned up, in order, unto thee: If we would declare, and speak of them, they are more than can be numbred.

f. God hath done great things, and unfearchable; marvellous things, paft finding out, Great things doth he, which we cannot comprehend.

g. No Man can find out the Work that God maketh, from the Beginning to the End: Tho' a Man labour to feek it out yet he fhall not find it; yea tho' a Wife Man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.
