WIDOWS' CHARITABLE FUND.

To the General Association of New Hampshire the Trustees of the Widows' Charitable Fund report-That they held their Annual Meeting June 3, 1852, in the study of Rev. Dr. Bouton, and heard the Report of the Treasurer and accepted it; and then proceeded to the election of officers for the ensuing year, to wit, Rev. N. Bouton, D. D., President, S. Morril, Secretary, P. T., Hen. F. N. Fisk, Treasurer, and Messrs. N. Bouton and S. Morril, Auditors, Messrs. Bouton, Morril and Fisk, Executive CommitThe Rev. Dr. Burnham on account of his infirmities declined any further service as Secretary of the Board thereupon a vote of thanks was presented to him for his long and faithful services.

After the adjournment the Committee met and made the following appropriations:
