Despots are world traitors. Religion cannot rise in despotic governments, where court faith flourishes.

The liberalists of the world have to reach constitutional liberty, ere rational religion has her own dear pure chaste reputation, ever. Now she is libeled by the minions of despotism.

The world liberalists, conservative revolutionists must require of despots to restore constitutional and religious liberty, and not palm on them or the world their false pretences of government or faith that are all engines of power intended so to be.

America is to be light to the world's civilization, and to attain it has to give up all vestiges of paganism, and secure the whole benefits of monotheism. The intercourse of the world should be most extensive, and can be when all on continents unite, thus bringing the people together all over the country. The world should review its position, and can only appreciate constitutional liberty, the noblest freedom of rational mind, by justly appreciating monotheism.

All despotism is the world's injury.

If man ever fell, assuredly priestocracy nor their affiliations, messiahships with all their hosts of faiths and bibles, never restored him that is certain. All such are a world's nuisance. The world must appreciate all such as part and fixture of the world's despots, all traitors. Let priestocrats learn honest logic, and retire to their proper position among the people. Rational mind takes to-day the ascendency, supreme precedence, and with its guardian light and the Creator's universal grace, mercy and omniscience, the whole question will thus and thus only be met, as it can only be most wisely met and closed.

Rational mind is the world guardian in all the supreme rationality. "The French have no religion." That is impossible-as the world has in part. If they had no religion they then would have, no principle. But that is impossible. impossible. They, as the world, need cultivation of monotheism. The priestocracy must stop all their books of perjury. Resign, unconstitutional rulers of the world. Rational minds of the world, persevere. A curse upon all unconstitutional governments that have to be the foulest living perjury, a perfidy to the people, and as a proof, cannot give them religion, but the vilest perjury. Now we see the base malign brute force to keep down the world spirit in this respect. Come rulers, sacrifice something on your country's altar, and resign your corrupt commissions. Be monotheists, and let the world profit by the best example.

THE WORLD IS ADVANCED ALWAYS PROPERLY, ONLY BY CONSERVATIVE REVOLUTION.

THE test now is, by full sincerity of the world-people in thought, word, and action, in the highest evidence of rational mind, in rational science and principle. Are they prepared for this noble question?

This solution of rational civilization?

The decision is alone with them.

Have we reached the just independence of mind's majesty, enabling the people to be just to themselves, perfectly independent to the proper extent of conservation?

Nothing short of rational independence in conservative revolution will answer. The full security to-day before the whole world, gives it the glorious triumph of a mastery of obsolete regimes, and of the whole subject.

IMPEACHMENT

OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD, PRIESTOCRACY, AND ALL MESSIAHSHIPS-ALL PAGAN NUISANCES.

As excellency of the world-religion can only be consummated by the best cultivation of monotheism, unconstitutional governments must be responsible for popular injury by their innumerable nuisances.

I this day impeach all such, for their butchery of the world's billions, their own sovereigns, as unworthy of the light of mind, most rational. As they interrupt the purest purposes of creation, they are unworthy of its respect.

I this day invoke the world to respect its paramount duty, to extinguish, as a matter of paramount necessity, all unconstitutional governments-as those of autocrats, emperors, monarchs, and aristocrats-those of pontiffs, or defenders of peculiar faith, popes, papas, and lamas-all hierarchists and prelates of paganisms-all messiahships and functionaries, identified with all such felonious impositions, that involve perjury with their bibles, even to oaths on such-amenable all, as world pagan nuisances, by conservative revolution, that will then extinguish the thousand untold other world nuisances, the exemption whereof will glorify and sanctify the world, mankind, mind, most rational. The question is with the sovereign people, as the mighty purpose of the Almighty Creator of the Universe of Principles.
