The Body of Christ

THE BODY OF CHRIST A great section of the Body of Christ, the Church, is acting as if it were caught in a bad marriage. It has turned nasty with itself; it has blocked its ears against itself; and in some cases it has turned to the world to wreak vengeance on itself. Moreover, because it has fallen out of love it has sought a divorce from itself. Should a person become deranged and turn mad they are restrained and put in a straightjacket. This is done to prevent them from harming themselves. However, how does one restrain something as large as the Church? Colin Isbister ministers with his wife Lorraine in Australia. Colin and Lorraine have been married for 32 years and in ministry for even longer. Both have distinct and different ministries. Lorraine continues to successfully oversee the growing church they both pioneered and Colin ministers to the elderly and others in the wider Body.
