Take notice that application will be made to the right honorable Lloyd lord Kenyon at his chambers in Chancerylane London, on Wednesday the thirty-firft day of December inftant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon of the fame day, for a writ of certiorari to remove into the faid court all and fingular orders made by the keepers of the peace, and justices of our lord the king in and for the said county of C. or some of them, between the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the parish of R. in the faid county appellants, and the churchwardens and overfeers of the poor of the parish of Saint C. M. in the faid county respondents, touching and concerning the removal of E. R. from the faid parish of Saint C. M. to the said parish of R. dated the seventeenth day of December, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-four.

B. for himself faith that he did on the twenty fecond day of December inftant, perfonally ferve J. M. clerk, in the notice hereto annexed, named with the faid notice, by deliyering to him the said J. M. a true copy thereof, and shewing him the faid notice annexed, and that on the faid twenty fecond day of December inftant, he the faid J. B. did also perfonally ferve the faid E. vering to him the faid E. G. a true copy thereof, and fhew. ing him the faid notice annexed, and the faid J. W. C. for himself faith, that at the general quarter feffions of the peace held in and for the faid county of C. on Thursday the ninth day of October laft, the churchwardens and over, feers of the poor of the faid parish of R. in the faid county, appealed to the faid court of quarter feflions of the peace against an order made by T. V. efquire, and J. B. clerk, juftices of the peace of and for the faid county, dated the eleventh day of September laft paft, for the removal of E. R. from the parish of Saint C. M. in the faid county, into the parish of R. aforefaid, which faid order was made within fix calendar months from the time of application being made to this honourable court to remove the fame, and this deponent J. W. C. further faith that the faid J. M. and E. G. are two of the juftices before whom the faid feffions above mentioned was held when the faid appeal was heard and determined.

George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland king, defender of the faith, &c. to the keepers of our peace and to our juftices affigned to hear. and determine divers felonies, trefpaffes and other mifdemeanors committed within our county of C. and to every of them greeting, We being willing for certain reasons that all and fingular orders made by you or fome of you between the inhabitants of the parish of R. in the county of C. appellants, and the inhabitants of the parish of Saint C. M. in

the faid county refpondents, touching the removal and fettlement of E. R. from the faid parish of Saint C. M. to the faid parish of R. (as is faid) be fent by you before us, do command you and every of you, that you or one of you do fend under your feals or the feal of one of you before us on the octave of Saint Hilary where foever we fhall then be in England, all and fingular the faid orders, with all things touching the fame, as fully and perfectly as they have been made by you or fome of you, and now remaining in the power of you, or one of you, together with this writ, that we may further caufe to be done therein what of right, and according to the law and cuftom of England we shall fee fit to be done. V. and B. D. inhabitants of the parish of R. in the county of C. perfonally come before me T. G. efquire, one of the justices of our faid lord the king, affigned to hear and determine divers felonies,, trefpaffes and other misdemeanors committed within the faid county, and acknowledge and each of them doth acknowledge to owe to our faid lord the king the fum of 251. of lawful money of Great Britain, to be levied on their goods and chattels, lands and tenements, to his maZ3 jefty's

jesty's ufe, upon condition to profecute at their own cofts and charges with effect, without any wilful or affected delay, a writ of certiorari of our faid lord the king, issued out of the court of our faid lord the king, before the king himself at Westminster, to remove into the faid court all and singular orders made by the keepers of the peace and juftices of our faid lord the king, affigned to hear and determine divers felonies, trefpaffes and other mifdemeanors committed in the faid county, or fome of them, between the inhabitants of the parish of R. in the county of C. appellants, and the inhabitants of the parish of S. C. M. in the faid county respondents, touching the fettlement of E. K. and to pay to the profecutor or prosecutors within one month after the faid orders fhall be confirmed in the faid court, all his or their full costs and charges, to be taxed according to the courfe of the faid court: then this recognizance to be void or elfe to remain in full force.

M. baronet, F. G. efquire, J. M. E. G. clerk, and others their companions, juftices of our faid lord the king, affigned to keep the peace in and for the faid county, and alfo to hear and determine divers felonies, trefpaffes and other misdemeanors committed within the faid county, upon the appeal of the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the faid parish of R. in the faid county, from and against an order bearing date the eleventh day of September last paft, under the hands and feals of T. V. efquire, and J. B. clerk, two of his majesty's juftices of the peace of and for the said county, for the removal of E. R. from the parish of Saint C. M. in the faid county to the faid parish of R. it appeared to this court that [here the facts are flated and the order of removal is annexed.]*
