Pagina 141 - I AM monarch of all I survey, My right there is none to dispute ; From the centre all round to the sea I am lord of the fowl and the brute.
Pagina 61 - I would express him simple, grave, sincere ; In doctrine uncorrupt ; in language plain ; And plain in manner. Decent, solemn, chaste, And natural in gesture. Much impressed Himself, as conscious of his awful charge, And anxious mainly that the flock he feeds May feel it too. Affectionate in look, And tender in address, as well becomes A messenger of grace to guilty men.

Pagina 145 - Alexander's Pit," " Robber's Kettle," " Tecumseh's Grave," &c. &c. We proceeded onward more than half a mile, without encountering any thing very remarkable. This brought us to the " Fairy Grotto," a splendid grove of stalactites and stalagmites, of all sizes, shapes, and ages. Pagina 9 - It abounds with very distinct and perfect impressions of fish, sometimes a foot or two in length; the head, fins, and scales being perfectly distinguishable.
