Page 139 - Congress lay down specific guidelines and restraints on the agencies that are to administer the laws and are given the power to adopt rules and regulations. Environmental impact statements have become burdensome and costly and should be balanced by consideration of the economic impact of proposed regulations; "We believe it is time to bring these agencies under better control.
Page 34 - Jeff declared that they intended to "fly off the cliff and that they meant to kill themselves. The others were skeptical but the minor affirmed their seriousness, stating "You don't believe us that we are going to do it. We are going to do it. You can read it in the paper tomorrow.
Page 61 - I am firmly convinced that this is one of the most important things that we can do to protect the kind of society and government in which we have prospered and progressed.
