this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men 20 most miserable. ̓Αλλ ̓ ἐρεῖ τις, Πῶς ἐγείρονται οἱ νεκροί; ποίῳ δὲ 36 σώματι ἔρχονται ; ἄφρον, σὺ ὁ σπείρεις, οὐ ζωοποι37 εῖται, ἐὰν μὴ ἀποθάνῃ· καὶ ὃ σπείρεις, οὐ τὸ σῶμα

τὸ γενησόμενον σπείρεις, ἀλλὰ γυμνὸν κόκκον, εἰ τύ 38 χοι, σίτου ἤ τινος τῶν λοιπῶν· ὁ δὲ Θεὸς αὐτῷ δι

δωσι σῶμα καθὼς ἠθέλησε, καὶ ἑκάστῳ τῶν σπερμά των τὸ ἴδιον σῶμα. οὐ πᾶσα σὰρξ, ἡ αὐτὴ σάρξ· 39 ἀλλὰ ἄλλη μὲν σὰρξ ἀνθρώπων, ἄλλη δὲ σὰρξ κτηνῶν, 40 ἄλλη δὲ ἰχθύων, ἄλλη δὲ πτηνῶν. καὶ σώματα ἐπουράνια, καὶ σώματα ἐπίγεια· ἀλλ ̓ ἑτέρα μὲν ἡ τῶν ἐπουρανίων 4ι δόξα, ἑτέρα δὲ ἡ τῶν ἐπιγείων. ἄλλη δόξα ἡλίου, καὶ ἄλλη δόξα σελήνης, καὶ ἄλλη δόξα ἀστέρων· ἀστὴρ γὰρ 42 ἀστέρος διαφέρει ἐν δόξῃ. οὕτω καὶ ἡ ἀνάστασις τῶν

νεκρῶν. σπείρεται ἐν φθορᾷ, ἐγείρεται ἐν ἀφθαρσία 43 σπείρεται ἐν ἀτιμίᾳ, ἐγείρεται ἐν δόξῃ· σπείρεται ἐν 44 ἀσθενείᾳ, ἐγείρεται ἐν δυνάμει σπείρεται σῶμα ψυχικὸν,

ἐγείρεται σῶμα πνευματικόν. ἔστι σῶμα ψυχικὸν, καὶ ἔστι 45 σῶμα πνευματικόν. οὕτω καὶ γέγραπται, Εγένετο ὁ πρῶτ τος ἄνθρωπος ̓Αδάμ εἰς ψυχὴν ζῶσαν, ὁ ἔσχατος Αδάμ 46 εἰς πνεῦμα ζωοποιοῦν. ἀλλ ̓ οὐ πρῶτον τὸ πνευματικὸν, 47 ἀλλὰ τὸ ψυχικὸν, ἔπειτα τὸ πνευματικόν. ὁ πρῶτος ἄν
